    Marita Moreno at Eco Fashion 2026 in Lisbon - August 2026

    On 5 September 2026, Marita Moreno will take part in Eco Fashion, an event dedicated to a more conscious and sustainable approach to fashion, taking place at Loft Marvila, in Lisbon.

    Organised by Fashion Studio, the new edition of Eco Fashion brings together fashion, sustainability and creativity through a programme featuring fashion shows, talks, ecological cosmetics and other initiatives, creating a space for brands, professionals and audiences to reflect on new ways of producing and consuming fashion.

    Marita Moreno will be among the participating Portuguese brands, presenting its work and commitment to sustainable design, responsible material choices, craftsmanship and innovative approaches to fashion.

    The event takes place on 5 September at Loft Marvila, with free admission, offering visitors the opportunity to discover projects and brands working towards a more responsible future for the fashion industry.

    Dali Azores Earns VAND “Design for People” Certification - August 2026

    We are proud to announce that Dali Azores by Marita Moreno has been awarded the VAND “Design for People” Certification, achieving a VAND Score of 72/100.

    Issued on 25 August 2026 by VAND International, based in Lyon, France, the certification recognises designs that demonstrate measurable respect for the people who use them, placing human experience and responsibility at the heart of the design process.

    For Marita Moreno, design has always been about more than aesthetics. It's a way of bringing together creativity, craftsmanship, material innovation and a more conscious approach to the objects we choose to wear.

    Dali Azores, designed by Marita Setas Ferro, reflects this philosophy through a distinctive approach to contemporary footwear, combining bold design with Portuguese craftsmanship and a strong commitment to thoughtful production.

    The project was reviewed by the VAND certification committee according to its Design for People standard and received a score of 72 out of 100, earning its status as a Certified Project.

    This recognition reinforces an idea that has guided Marita Moreno from the beginning: good design should not only be visually compelling — it should also consider the people who experience it.
